Heated Private Pool with Vercors View

L’Orée de la Musane is a charming 150-year-old stone house, ideal for two or three couples with children: accommodates 8/9 guests, maximum 6 adults.



The house is comfortable and well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, internet, Hi-Fi system, CD and vinyl players), and features a unique attic dormitory for children and teens, with a play and rest area. The attic has a low, sloped ceiling and 6 floor mattresses, perfect for kids and teens but not suitable for adults. A mobile air conditioner is available in the attic.



There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x200 and 160x200) and a very comfortable sofa bed (160x200) in the living room for adults. The attic dormitory is arranged with 6 mattresses that can be configured as needed and includes a play/reading corner (with games, books, etc.).



On the ground floor: bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Upstairs: shower room with toilet.



Enjoy a sunny, private 900 m² garden, fully fenced and gated. South-facing terrace with a heated pool (11x4 m), secured by an electric cover. The pool is open and heated from late April to late October (dates may vary depending on the weather). Pool temperature, even when heated, depends on weather conditions.
