Beautifully renovated 100 years old French townhouse with the delightful private garden and terrace with views countryside situated within a couple minutes walk to the heart of the one of the famous Dordogne bastides Beaumont-du-Perigord. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, a large family bathroom with the free standing bath, walk in shower and WC, and a separate WC. There is a shower room with WC on the ground floor. There is a large covered terrace with the great views of the countryside and a private garden equipped with BBQ and outside furniture to enjoy eating in warm days and evenings.
