Access to a 25m² terrace and a 2000m² private enclosed garden overlooking the valley. On the lower floor: a bedroom with a 200x200cm bed with a separate entrance and access to a 42m² terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a toilet, a linen room, and a second toilet. On the upper floor, via the superb 15th-century staircase: a bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, a television, and an open bathroom (very large shower), and a private toilet. Travel cot and high chair available. Fiberglass Wi-Fi. Wood for the fireplaces included. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Possibility of using the owners' swimming pool located 3km away (€200/week package). Near the church of Beaulieu-sur-Sonnette, in Charente-Limousine, this former priory (15th century, modified in the 18th century) has been completely restored using traditional materials, preserving its authenticity. Here, ancient architecture and designer decor blend harmoniously: the furniture is composed exclusively of unique pieces, which Yves specially created and crafted for this authentic setting. From the terrace, shaded by a pergola, you can admire the serene landscape of the Sonnette Valley, which flows at the foot of the village. The price includes: Rental, bed linens, towels, utilities, and firewood. The price does not include: End-of-stay cleaning, pet supplement, and tourist tax. Driven by the same passion for architecture and history, they completely restored this 15th century priory, modified in the 18th century, in order to create a place that resembles them...
