2 cottages in a cottage which also included holiday accommodation from the owners (small independent studio on the ground floor). Gite in triplex. Level 1: Hall + living room (flat screen TV). Level 2: kitchen + living room. Independent WC. Bathroom (shower). 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 people in 140 * 190cm). Level 3: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 2 persons 160 * 200cm + 1 baby cot / 4 beds 1 persons). Independent WC. WIFI internet connection. Terrace South with garden furniture. Bed linen included + made beds and bed linen included. Common with the Gîte 2nd washer + dryer. Floor (attic part included) total area: 78 m². Aggregatable gite with the 73G 24202 cottage. Areches ski at 1 km. Bersend 3 km cross-country skiing. Binding Hauteluce - seizures/Espace Diamant 13 km. Contemporary style Chalet located 1 km from the slopes of the family of Arêches (3 km of the cross-country). Very quiet residential hamlet nestled hillside \"Est\" dominating the village & the Valley. " Nice natural unspoilt edge of meadows & forests. Very good comfort. Warm contemporary Mountain stamp. Very cosy. Panoramic balcony. Vast natural terrain (ideal playground for children summer or winter). Splendid view over the massif. Wonderful scenery. In any nearby shops & services.

Beau chalet pour une semaine de randonnée

Chalet bien agencé, au calme, propre, bien équipé avec une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. Lieu idéal pour découvrir le Beaufortain et ses magnifiques randonnées.
