    Easy access to a canal in the backyard which is great for fishing or hanging out

    Located on the front road of the island directly across from a beach path making it easy access to the water and also a water view from the front patio!
    Dock is in the backyard, perfect for fishing, kayaking or boating, and also giving more access to the interior of the island and its great scenery!
