Apartment located on the 1st floor of the Les Mirabelles residence, a small and very quiet condominium in the heart of the village, within walking distance of all amenities.  
  
This 26 m² apartment includes:  
A living room with kitchen and a French door opening onto a west-facing balcony/terrace with a small table and 2 garden chairs. The kitchen is modestly equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and extractor hood.  
1 bedroom with window.  
1 bathroom with shower/WC.  
1 cellar, 1 west-facing balcony, and 1 parking space.  
Electric heating. Very comfortable.  
  
Transport & Ski Access  
Free shuttle to the Arêches-Beaufort ski resort (15–20 minutes).  
15–20 minutes by car to the Espace Diamant ski areas (Les Saisies – Bisanne 1500 – Hauteluce).  
Both sites offer excellent snow conditions and a variety of trails for alpine skiing, ski touring, and more.  
  
Summer Activities  
Thanks to its central location at the foot of the Cormet de Roselend Pass, you have quick access to numerous hiking trails, mountain biking routes, road cycling, a stunning via ferrata, outdoor swimming pool (100 m away), climbing, tennis courts, fishing, and many mountain lakes.  
  
You are also just 50 meters from the Beaufortain dairy cooperative, which offers free tours and the chance to buy cheese directly from the producer.
