In the heart of Hauteluce village, 100 m from the first shops and 800 m from the Chozal chairlift (free shuttles from the village to the Les Saisies and Contamines-Hauteluce ski areas).

Approximately 16 m², this accommodation features a living area with kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and WC, and upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed.  
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, and dishwasher. The apartment also has a balcony and TV. You have access to a ground-floor storage room for skis, sleds, and bicycles in summer. Parking is available on the village square.

Le chalet est extrêmement mignon et bien équipé bien que très petit. L'annonce et la photo ne permettent pas de savoir qu'il est extrêmement collé aux autres habitations, d'où un manque d'intimité. Peu de possibilités de déjeuner ou de prendre le frais à l'extérieur, le balcon donne sur le jardin du voisin.

Très belles randonnées en montagne à partir de hauteluce La location est minuscule, pour deux c'est ok mais la surabondance de déco, bibelots divers dans ce petit espace n'est pas judicieux L'accès est difficile, pas possible de monter en voiture pour charger/décharger les bagages, Pas d'extérieur pour pouvoir installer table, chaises pour mangé dehors, la proximité du voisinage est gênante En conclusion, pour une location d'hiver cela est réalisable mais pour un séjour estival, location non adaptée Cdlt
