This was our first stay here and it was wonderful. We had a ground level 1 bedroom next to one of the 4 pools. Our room came with a pull out couch, queen or king bed, washer + dryer and kitchen and patio. Everything we could ever need. Lots of towels which we washed when needed. We used the heated pools most. The hotel is close to alot of stores ect. We would deff stay again it was very clean, updated and lots of pools for the kids.

Staff was great, had a few small issues but you can just text a main number and they respond instantly. Property is great, lots of pools. Water was clean which is a big win especially with kids. Chemicals were always well balanced, no smells. Lots of stuff available at the market. Timeshare sales are aggressive buyers beware. Overall incredible stay.

Clean room. Nice balcony. There is a cheerleading facility on property that affects parking. Parking is a distance so load and unload from the front door then go park. The parking gates were broken and open so it kind of felt like you should not had to pay to park if people could access parking without paying. Overall nice place to stay.
