Schönes Haus. Nette Mitbewohner. Nach erneutem Aufenthalt ( l.m.v. 4 Jahren) , war die Ankunft enttäuschend. Die Wohnung war nicht gesäubert. Der Service war schnell vor Ort, aber auch recht zügig fertig. Der Wohnung mangelt es an Aufsicht durch Eigentümer oder autorisierte Personen, die mal im Detail nach dem Rechten schauen. Matratzen, Bettdecke und Kissen gehören sofort ausgetauscht. Das Licht ist abends sehr ungemütlich, wir haben die Nachttischlämpchen als indirekte Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer genutzt und zum Glück weihnachtliche Lichterketten mitgebracht. Ansonsten ist der Schnitt der Wohnung perfekt. Aussicht, Terrasse, Garage, Aufzug und Platzverhältnis top. Also lieber Besitzer, mal ein wenig nachbessern und. Dann sollte es wieder gehen für den Preis.Fazit leider für uns, wir kommen nicht mehr in die Wohnung. Im Haus gibt es noch eine Alternative und im schönen Beatenberg sowieso. ##### Robert K. Die Fewo entsprach den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und der Balkonblick einfach atemberaubend - unbedingt empfehlendswert. Zu den kleinen Schwächen: Die einspurige 700m lange Zufahrt erfüllte uns mit Unsicherheit, es ist aber alles gut gegangen. Schlecht und dringend austauschbedürftig sind die Inletts der Betten und die Sitzmöbel sind für Rückenleidende z.T. etwas durchgesessen, die Balkonmöbel könnten auch kompfortabler sein. Den prall gefüllten Staubsaugerbeutel mussten wir selber wechseln. Sowas liegt aber wohl auch an den Vormietern. Sonst wie gesagt alles gut. ##### Bernhard H. Man genießt wirklich einen traumhaften Ausblick über den See und die Berge. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und Top ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Garage! Eine Bushaltestelle nicht weit von der Wohnung gibt einem die Möglichkeit Ausflüge auch ohne Auto zu machen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung Vorort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für Bergfexe ist auch die im Ort gelegene Seilbahn auf das Niederhorn. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und vollständig eingerichtet.
