"This house was in a very nice area and minutes away from shopping area. We had no issues getting in the property once it was time and there was plenty of space for the group we had. 3 bedrooms were downstairs which was great for those that couldn't do stairs. We didn't use any appliances but they all looked to be working. Some amenities were provided, like towels, soaps and cleaning supplies. You may want to take a thicker blanket though. "The house was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere and the was trash still in the trash can. Glad we only stayed one night. Stayed at tons of VRBOs and never left a bad review, sad to do so for this property."

There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. "The house was nice and well kept. The only issue we had is that there was no access to the community pool that was available in the write up. I would also put a disclaimer on the top about not having access to the main refrigerator, especially if you are staying multiple days so a mini fridge will not hold all groceries."
