"Property was amazing! House worked great for our large family group. Views were beautiful. Access all the way up to the waters edge was so great. All of it was perfect. Even saw a bull moose! Would stay again!"

"My kids and grandkids absolutely love this place! This was our second time coming to the Big House.Large enough seating for our huge family to eat together. We love our beach days as well as the days we stay in, with so much to do and the indoor playground allows us to play family games together. The slides are of course a big hit!"

"This was a great place for my family to celebrate our parents. The game room and upstairs loft was prefect for all the grandkids. My sibling and parents all had our own rooms which is prefect when you need some space for a min. This was the prefect location with the most amazing views of Bear Lake. We would all sit on the porch in the evening to talk and enjoy the view an even the moon rise. We would stay here again."

"They do not have Internet and they could maintain the grounds better. However, the rooms are clean and it’s right next to all the Main Street shopping and restaurants."

"Aspen lodge was just right for our group of 28 adults and 12 children (8 family units). it had a more spacious gathering area than I had anticipated (the entry, dining, and "TV Room" are contiguous) and the play area is generous; the kids had a great time there and were entertained throughout our 3 night stay. The Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, The patio is great towards the evening (it is on the east side and in the shadows as the sun moves lower in the sky in the late afternoon and evening). The grass area is generous with plenty of room for gqmes. Check in and check out were a snap. Five stars."

"Our large family had a wonderful experience in this beautiful place. We had 60 people with plenty of beds. The children loved the tunnel/swing area, silo slide, pool table and other family friendly areas. Adults loved the hot tubs in the evenings.We’d love to come back!"

"Great neighborhood to ride bikes or take a walk, community pool was fun for the kids, view of the lake was beautiful. Beds were comfortable enough, hot tub was fun! The beaches and activities are close and communication was very good."
