"I have been to this property a couple times now and have not been let down. The staff is amazing and work very hard which you can tell by how clean and well kept the property is. Breakfast was also good and had so many options. Don't like that there is no pool though but will continue to come back despite that fact because it checks all of the others boxes for me. Extremely satisfied with both visits."

Remodeld! Private 4 beds 2 bath Spa + Fireplace!

Danelle is the best VRBO host ever!

"I use VRBO a lot for vacation and to visit family out of state. I've had mostly great experiences, and a few clunkers. This home is immaculate and beautifully appointed, but the 'secret sauce' is Danelle. I rented this home to host my granddaughter's h.s. (lunchtime) graduation open house. Danelle was not only extremely communicative and friendly, she offered to get the tables and chairs delivered and picked up (to take that off my list) AND she personally picked out the centerpieces! She is amazing! The home has a great 'flow' for an open house: two living rooms, a beautiful shady backyard, and a fairly good sized kitchen. The taco truck was in the driveway, and there were bistro tables in the newly epoxied garage. We had more than 50 people (maybe not at one time!) and it never felt crowded. Even if you are not hosting a lunch-time get together, I cannot recommend this property enough! "

FRAGRANT ROSE-VILLE BEAUTY | COZY MODERN PARADISE

A Clean Place, Not a Fun Place

"Easy check-in, beds were fresh and clean, great shower pressure and we had good night sleeps. However, it was only good for sleeping. This house was lacking homeyness because of all the rules and regs. We felt like we couldn't enjoy ourselves in this house because the owners were watching on their cameras at the front door and back patio, positioned to see movement through the sheer drapes into the kitchen. Creepy! The couch was SO FAR from the TV (and was hung crooked on the wall) and it had no sports channels, so we couldn't even watch our games. The walls were dingy and needed paint desperately. This house has A LOT of potential but has NO curb appeal or homeyness whatsoever and the backyard was completely dead. The patio furniture advertised in the pictures was not there, obviously they didn't want us hanging out on the patio. This house was not our first choice, but our original reservation fell through due to HVAC problems (newer and more affordable), but this was the closest one to the family events we had nearby, but much more expensive and not at all worth the price. Fees were terribly high for what this house was. Reminder communications of late fees if we were late leaving... UGH! We left an hour early. Except for location, we wouldn't rent it again. It was obvious, this is a money maker only. "
