The hotel is really really good.
BUT, I do not understand why they gave us a Handicap Room, it was a room we were not expecting.
Front Desk people were what I would call "plain". No expression, just doing their job.

The staff was outstanding and very courteous, the room was very clean and welcoming; however, the toilet was very low and difficult to use for elderly person. Either a higher toilet or other support would have helped.
