"Would have beenbetter if they fixed my shower. Went to front desk twice about it and it never was fixed. Thw water didn't spray just kind of trickled out. Made washing my hair impossible. Also the light by the bed stroked when turned on. Very dark in the room without curtains open. Made getting dressed hard. Also the check in process and the two other times I went to the front desk about the shower were very long processes, around 15 minutes. I also got locked out of my room when I was leaving, it was around 935 and I brought my bags to my car and went back for my dog and my card no longer worked. I then had to walk back to the front desk to get help getting in my room."

"None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. Neither dryer was able to dry the clothes. The clothes were saturated with water. It took us 4 hours to complete the tasks of cleaning our clothes. We ended up leaving with wet clothes and placing them in a plastic bag. I reported the problem to the night personnel on 04/27/2026 and when we departed on 04/28/2026- the day shift had no idea of the problems. 2. The floors were dirty and had a lot of sand on them day#1 and when we placed the shower towels down and lifted them up to dry- they were dirty with dirt. We had to ask for the floors to be swept. TRU was so busy collecting their monetary payment - they didn't have a nice presentation or a clean environment. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant, but the facility needs help. Coming all the way from Houston, Texas to this was very disappointing and I will never support this hotel again. I am a Hilton Member also. I was told when we got there that the bottles of water were only for gold or diamond members?? It is water, why not treat all your Hilton members with the same courtesy."

"Check in and check out was efficient. Room was very spacious and clearn. We appreciated the bars all around the shower. Bathroom was large and very clean. Property was well maintained. Ample parking. Good lighting in the parking lot. Linen was very nice on the beds. Loved having a fridge. Breakfast worker was exceptionally nice and offered to make us omlettes. Waffle was great! Would definitely book this property again."
