"Parking is sparse, elevators weren’t working, balcony door was rusty "

"I felt bad for the front office staff that had to deal with all the angry customers because the cleaning staff was not quick I did early check in at 3:00 and still did not get a room until 8:00 p.m. and this was happening with many others our rooms were not clean any in the five days that we stayed there we had to go by your own room and dustpan to clean up some the game room nothing worked and they will charge half a day if you want to check in early early but yet they would do nothing about not being able to check in at their 4:00 check-in time my room is 4 hours late and they did not offer any kind of half day rate or anything to compensate as if they would have charged if I would have been too early this property has gone completely downhill it has always been my favorite to stay at when I go to Florida however I would be willing to pay a different place for different kind of service and know the channels do not all work on the TV"

"Would have given it a two, but the location is superb. Dirty and in disrepair, as soon as we opened the door to our room the smell of urine blasted us in the face. The bathroom was filthy…blood spattered on the tub and a dirty, wobbly toilet. The beds were hard and sheets were pilling…recommend that you bring your own bedding. We had a small kitchenette and the refrigerator leaked. It could be a nice little gem on the sea. Cleaning and making minor repairs would make a huge difference. In the end, it was a place to sleep. The balcony view of that crystal blue ocean and the easy walk to the beach made everything else bearable. "

"We could not have any of the breakfast because it didn’t start till seven and we needed to be out of there before seven. Try to get some coffee it was available however it was broken. The elevator was working fine at night but the next morning when we left with all of our stuff, we had to take stairs because the elevator was broken water pressure was great great shower. It would be nice if when they built the place, they added extra protection, so we can’t hear everything outside cause with all the cars moving and stuff you can hear everything right outside your window, but overall it was not a bad stay for the one night that we had however, next time we are in that area we will try a different place also in the area that this is located, there are a lot of places nearby, which made it easy to get food and anything else that we needed so good area. "
