Attention to details upon arrival, soft music playing on the tv with a personalized welcome greeting. Resort was beautiful and well maintained, their landscaping was eye candy for this Ohio girl. We look forward to our next visit, thanks for the hospitality Oceans Edge!"

"Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Front desk staff were welcoming and personable. The welcome champagne was a nice touch. The complimentary shuttle to downtown was a nice perk. Breakfast by the pool was delicious!!"

"The room was spotless… atmosphere was wonderful. Service was always top notch. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were delicious. The pool was beautiful and very nice. Overall, it was great. The only thing is… when you check in, they apply a $425 charge for “incidentals” and for if you eat at the restaurants, it can come out of that $425. So it was presented that if you didn’t use that, it would be refunded. When we checked out, they applied another $500 hold and then when reviewing the receipt, there are countless fees for things like: WiFi, resort fee ($52/day), community impact fee, and may more. So not only did we not get money back, we had to pay more. And none of this was disclosed when we booked or checked in. "
