"We'd been to Robe about 5 years ago - but were only passing through. We are on a 22 night journey from Camden NSW staying in 8 locations across NSW, mostly Victoria and Robe. "Long Beach Break is fairly uniquely situated at Robe with a superb view of the bay. The sound of the ocean is all you can hear most of the time. We were surprised to find that cars can drive up and down the beach which is a real shame but this does not affect the privacy of the house and decking. Proper coffee making would be welcome to enjoy in the morning on the decking which I would expect for any high end price range property. Otherwise well appointed."

The town is close to so many fantastic places such as Penola, Coonawarra wineries, national park and beaches at Southend and Beachport. We weren’t planning to visit Penola but did so when a staff member recommended it and so glad we did."

"My husband and I and our pharaoh hound dog stayed a week at Teddy’s Shack! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Shack was in a perfect location, short stroll to the beach and short drive into town. All the amenities we could possibly want. Maybe just a newer bbq would have made the steak cooking easier, one side doesn’t quite work! Other than that we will definitely be back!"

"A great feel,felt instantly at home.Comfortable beds ,really well appointed kitchen and lovely bathroom.Lovely to have the back deck for an afternoon wine.We loved how close it was to the beach too.It might pay to cut back a little bit of tree foliage as the noise on occasions,at night got quite loud! "Villa Malmo is in a quiet location with easy access to long beach. The house has generous rooms and living area, with a neat backyard, fire pit and outdoor area. The only disappointment for us was the lack of water pressure in the showers, and hot water was in short supply. All other aspects of the house were excellent, including a fancy coffee machine!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Robe_Two_Five nearly as much as our dog who loved the large, secure and safe yard. The house is a few minutes walk to Long beach and about 20 minutes walk 5 to the Robe town centre. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. The large rear outdoor area was great and I loved the painted Obelisks on the wall and the festoon lighting that provided a great atmosphere."

The mattresses are VERY firm resulting in poor, uncomfortable sleep so we left property a day earlier than planned. Overall, expensive for the amenities provided but if you are looking for a rustic...

"Great multi family house in an excellent location. Quiet estate, great for kids to ride bikes and many shops and playground a short walk away. Unfortunately we had to do a lot of cleaning upon arrival due to the kitchen, bbq and outside furniture been dirty. It also has 3 TVs advertised but there is no WiFi so you can't use them as smart TVs and the 2 tvs in the bedrooms don't have an antenna. Apart from these factors we had a great time at Robe."
