The first room we were give was awful. There was construction being done to the building and our room had what seems to be an air mattress on the bed and the windows to the balcony was covered with plastic. We had no visibility to the beach and the door was sealed shut to the balcony.
We returned to guest services with our concerns. We were please with the results, after we discussed our problems with our room and guest services were able to give us another room. The replacement room was much better.

This was the perfect place to stay during our vacation! From the personalized text messages to make sure we found everything we needed all the way to reminders for our exit, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be made feel at home!
