beach near Uvala Vela Grabova

We stayed here last year and had such a wonderful, accommodating experience that booking again near the airport with my two young children felt like an easy choice. Sadly, this visit was a complete contrast to our first. The customer service was far from what we previously enjoyed, the staff came across as quite rude and unhelpful, which makes travelling solo with two little ones much more stressful. The room itself was nowhere near as clean as it should have been. It visibly needed a proper vacuum and thorough dusting, and it felt neglected. On top of that: The TV wouldn't work properly: We couldn't connect or put anything on to keep the kids entertained after travel. Missing amenities: The refreshment tray had sugar packets, but zero tea or coffee provided. On a positive note, the restaurant was just as good as we remembered, and the food was great. However, given the lack of cleanliness, basic room maintenance, and unwelcoming attitude from the staff, the overall experience this time around fell well short of expectations.

Very easy to find, really nice service from the owner. Supergood
