"Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft. Wir waren im Juni dort. Die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern, der Pool und der Grill waren unsere Highligts. Der Host war bei Fragen sofort erreichbar und super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wir fahren schon zum 5 mal in der schönen Ferienwohnung sea view 2 und erfreuen uns jedes Jahr über den tollen Ausblick von der kleinen Terrasse/Balkon. Der Strand ist ruhig, sauber und fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider war der Mini Market dieses Jahr in Ravni geschlossen. Wir haben die Einkäufe vollständig in Labin erledigt. Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügt auch über ein Gefrierfach und Klimaanlage. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."

"Wir haben zwei wunderschöne und sehr erholsame Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Ronald, unser Gastgeber, war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns viele tolle Tipps. Er hat uns auch immer sofort geantwortet.Die Ferienwohnung hat einen fantastischen großen Balkon mit einem fantastischen Panoramablick über das Meer und die gegenüberliegende Insel. Abends konnten wir von dort aus den wunderschönen Sternenhimmel beobachten.Ravni ist ein netter kleiner Ort mit einem ausgezeichneten Bistro, in dem wir mehrmals hervorragend gegessen haben. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich in Labin, etwa 30 Minuten entfernt. Die Anfahrtsstraße ist zwar eng und kurvenreich, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwar ist der Strand sehr felsig, dafür wird man aber mit türkisfarbenen Wasser belohnt."

"Spacious house with great deck space and a beautiful view. Communication to check in was not without issues due to wrong phone number given to host so we had difficulty connecting day of…but it all worked out in the end. Pros: price (relative to other places in the area), location (gorgeous views, fairly private), comfortable beds, good a/c in every room, good parking. Cons: pool very cold (no heating), no pool/beach towels provided, and mostly the afterthought kitchen area - it was very small and under the staircase.If you envision cooking group meals together at home this is not your place as there is limited counter space, a small fridge (with a very small icebox) and no microwave. We were a group of 7 couples and had a second house with a big, open concept kitchen where we shared all our meals so it wasn’t an issue for us this time.The house is a 5 minute drive to Labin (it’s a nice walk although the road has no shoulder for over 1km but it is also not very busy) and about 15 minutes to the beach."

"The views are beautiful. And the balconies are spacious but know that your neighbour may be a smoker and the smoke drifts into your room. It is difficult to find umbrellas either at the pool or beach. The rooms are spacious but the bathtub is quite deep and a bit difficult to get in and out of."
