Spectacular! This was our second stay at Paradox and it was exceptional. It is truly a luxury experience. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hair care products were fantastic and made my hair soft and manageable. The details such as heated bathroom floor, automated shades and drapes, nightlight, controls from the bedside, etc. were wonderful and well thought out. If we ever find ourselves in the Vancouver area again we will most definitely stay at the Paradox!

Great location near restaurants, ferries, and walking / running paths (very walkable!). Room was small but comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff, both receptionist and cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. I understand the challenges of replacing older elevator parts, but it’s extra challenging when both the office elevator and one of the hotel guest elevators are both out. That reflects a lack of planning.
