"The hotel lobby was clean. Our room was clean as well as the bathroom. The flooring looked new as well as the bathroom. The kitchenette was clean and I liked having a full refrigerator. The only negative is our bedspread had dirty marks at the end of the bed, like a dog was allowed on the bed and it had dirty paws. I felt that should have been laundered in between guests."

"The beds were comfortable and the location was easy to get in and out of. The breakfast was mediocre (really need some decent protein options!). The staff was mostly helpful. The lady who checked us in had great suggestions for things to do in the area and we appreciated that, but on two other occasions I asked the front desk for something and they didn’t follow through."

"I had a nice stay at the Jasper Ridge Inn. I was there for three nights during the week while visiting my hometown and surrounding community. It was relatively comfortable and convenient enough. The beds are a little hard I will say. But it was fine for what I was needing. Will likely stay again."
