Location was terrific! I had a tiny room with a twin bed - very cozy.

Apartament was very well appointed and apartament manager extremely helpful. Location ideal pity restaurant was closed which we were not advised about but plenty of alternatives close by. Excellent holiday on all counts

My wife and I were woken up by loud noise after midnight. I could hear the loud clatter of dishes continuously coming from the hotel restaurant downstair. It lasted for a while. I could not sleep after it is over and was not sure if restaurant will do the same thing 7am in the morning. so I went to front desk and asked for an unsold room on higher floor so I can make up sleep without hearing noise again early in the morning. I was given another room on third floor and was not asked to give up my original room right away. It is a reasonable solution because disturbed guest should not spend another 30 minutes to pack at 1am to move from room to room. After I went to back to my room, my wife already fell back into sleep. So I went to 3rd floor to sleep myself. It was almost 2am when I was able to fall back to sleep again. A lady called Rafaela banged the door loudly around 9:30am and talked to my wife. She demanded us to give up one room right away and threaten to charge us for two rooms. What she asked is unreasonable given the situation. And more importantly the way she talked and behaved were very rude. We have travelled around the world a lot and have never met such a rude person in hospitality business so far.
