"Very cosy chalet with a fenominal postcard view of the lake from the roomy deck. Good size rooms, decent beds. Nice (christmassy) decoration throughout. Dowstairs is like a seperate appartment with separate bedroom, bathroom, sitting area and the sauna. Close to the center of Gerardmer, but note it is up on a hill, so walking up from the town is a bit of a walk uphill. Gerardmer itself is a nice town with a lively center and plenty of dining choice. The part near the lake is nice also, The beach area is small though. Tip: rent an electrical boat for an hour, it's very nice."

"Appartement propre, très agréable avec vue sur la montagne et un bout de lac. Propriétaire très sympathique et de bons conseils. Dommage qu'il y ait eu des travaux pendant notre semaine mais très bon séjour dans l'ensemble."
