Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

+ Clean, well located, comfortable mattress. - The Wi-Fi in my room (facing the inner courtyard) barely worked, If you’d like a sleep in beyond 7 am ,nearby church bells could make that difficult, even with earplugs.
