It is a comfortable property with necessary amenities in a very good location on the island close to the beach and with easy access to bay fishing. Perfect I would say for a couple and 2-3 children. The beds were comfortable, the place clean. Comfortable living room with lots of plushy sofas. TV's in every room. The porch away from the street was nice and there was a hammock and fire pit in the yard. Two outdoor showers speeded up the return from the beach. My only real complaint is that the owner needs to reset the sensitivity of the automatic sensor with woman's voice yelling, "emergency, emergency, smoke", every time anything is fried in the kitchen. ##### Mitchell R. Took the weekend off from cooking/barbecuing thanks to Boulevard Clams, Panzone’s, Mustache Bill’s, Off the Hook, Barry’s, How You Brewin, and, of course treats from Marvel’s and Skipper Dipper. (No worries though for those opting to cook/barbecue: home has a lovely and large renovated kitchen!) 25th St. pedestrian crossing light made trips to the beach fast and safe. Watched the sun set and met the neighbors at the bay just around the corner. Luckily the weather was magnificent, but if not there’s a sectional couch big enough to hold the whole family!
