This newly renovated property sleeps 8 comfortably and is only 8 houses to the beach and 3 houses to the fishing pier perfect for that summer living. This spacious property features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully furnished interior with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, stove, full-size refrigerator, oven, and kitchen island. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 8 guests or take the gathering outside to one of the 3 decks perfect for dining and lounging. Sip a coffee in the morning or a cocktail later in the day on the roof top deck and enjoy the panoramic views of LBI's beaches and bays. It truly doesn't get better than this.  
  
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outside shower and retreat to the comfortable living room with smart TV before firing up the gas grill outside. After dinner, you can enjoy the fire pit and ocean air
