Custom built in pool with outdoor lanai entertaining area. Outdoor dining for 8 plus bar seating in the lanai. There is a grill poolside for outdoor dining in this area. This upscale home has every amenity one could hope for...heaven in Beach Haven! 4 Beach badges, beach toys, 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas supplied by owner but not guaranteed. Kayak available for use in the bay. Two washers, dryers, BBQ s (natural gas & propane) and outside showers available for tenants use. Tenant must sign 3 addendums: pool, elevator and rooftop deck.
