No smoking in unit or on balconies. Unit features all bedrooms on lower level, up 7 steps to living, dining and kitchen areas. Two of the bedrooms have safety bars on the windows. Great ocean views from the living area deck. NEW stainless steel appliances! Owner provides pillows and blankets/comforters for your use.
