Summertime fun starts here in this newly remodeled single family beach house.. New kitchen with granite counters and tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, new bathroom with tiled tub enclosure and central air.

Short walk to the beach with traffic light at the Blvd.. and short stroll to bay complete with gazebo for sitting & watching sunsets.



2 nice size bedrooms & 3rd sleeping area has a full size raised platform bed .

Owner is providing blankets & pillows for 2025 season

. Professionally landscaped yard with huge deck & outside shower. Detached garage for all your beach equipment . Short walk to ocean or bay , restaurants , mini golf & shops.



off street parking in driveway for 3 cars. & 4 beach badges. Owner provides blankets for tenant use however tenants to bring own pillows and bed and bath linens.

Loved it

Absolutely loved the place. Couldn’t be any cuter or cleaner. Perfect location, walking distance to all we needed or wanted. Only issue that came up was the next door neighbor who made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, beautiful place to stay.
