Beautiful bay front home designed for luxury, privacy and convenience. All 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, allowing large groups to stay together and still maintain their privacy. The kitchen is stocked with an assortment of high end appliances, allowing for guests to host large meals.

Linens - We provide pillows, comforters, bath towels etc. We have negotiated a discounted rate with a local vendor for guests who wish to rent linens. Our welcome email will include a link to an order form.  
  
Recreational Amenities - We provide the following items at our home: (4) Beach Cruisers, (2) Stand-up Paddle Boards, (10) Beach Chairs, (2) Crab Traps, (1) Beach Umbrella, (1) Beach Cart, etc.  
  
Dock - You're welcome to use our dock if you're bringing or renting a boat.  
  
Toiletries/Consumables - We provide a basic initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, & dishwasher pods. Guests are responsible for providing any additional items they may require during their stay.  
  
Water Safety - Our home is located on the bay and has a heated swimming pool. Please keep a close eye on any children and ensure life vests are utilized if entering the bay.   
  
Trash & Recycling - Full instructions are in the welcome email. Two major points: 1) All recyclables must be put in the can loose (can't be in a trash bag). 2) Do not park any cars in front of the trash container bin or the municipal workers will not pick it up.

#### Beautiful Bayfront Home – Perfect for Families

We had a great stay. The house was spotless and beautifully designed, and every bedroom had its own bathroom—great for a group. We loved the rooftop deck, fire pit, and open living space. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway!
