This adorable oceanside cottage is located just south of downtown Beach Haven. Follow the bike path to all Beach Haven shops, mini golf, restaurants, Fantasy Island and Bay Village. Don t miss out on claiming your little piece of paradise and vacationing on of the most popular islands on the East Coast (LBI). Please reference Listing #119091 when inquiring about property.Tenants must bring their own pillows, linens, blankets and towels.. NO BEACH BADGES!! There is a wall a/c unit in the living room and a smaller a/c unit in the back bedroom. Parking in front of house only. The Rear Apt. Tenants have full use of driveway. Outside shower & laundry room shared with tenants. Tenants DO NOT have use of garage. Laundry room on side of garage only

Overall good experience. House very dusty (fans covered with dust, behind furniture clumps of dust, spider webs) Had a clogged bathroom sink called management and problem taken care of that day. would just cleaning crew to be a little bit more detailed.
