This two-story beach house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is only a two-minute walk away from a white sandy beach. The beach house has a beautiful view of the ocean and allows one to relax while listening to the waves breaking against the beach. This beach house has a full kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all other appliances and cookware that you would need during your stay. The kitchen also comes with a large table for a family or large group gathering and the kitchen includes all the dishes and cutlery one would need. The beach house has a large deck for barbecuing on with an outdoor patio set for enjoying either the scenic sunrise or sunset. The yard has a bonfire pit for those evening get-togethers under the stars. Only a 30-minute drive from Charlottetown and 15 minutes from World Renown Crowbush golf course, Lakeside beach, and Co-op (local grocer). Near by restaurants such as Laurie's Kitchen, Holy Cow, Peakes Tee, Trailside and Rick's Fish & Chips. You can also walk to the local wharf to inquire about fresh lobster and other seafood right off the fishing boat between May 1st - September 1st. If one is into outdoor activities there is deep sea fishing, kayak rentals, horseback riding, and striped bass fishing all within 20 minutes of this location. The beach house also includes a TV, DVD player and WiFi for all your entertainment needs. There is also a propane fireplace in the common area and if one is wanting to read there is a spacious sunroom to kick back and relax. There is a washer and dryer for freshening up your clothes and beach towels during your stay. The beach house sleeps up to 12 people with seven beds. If one has children a playpen is provided as well as a highchair. There are three large bathrooms with a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. We look forward to having you stay at your home away from home - “Beach Haven” This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check-in date. A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. The owner has great communication and check in and out were a breeze. The only suggestion I can think of for improvement is to maybe keep some oil and spices around. There is a ton of cooking gear in the kitchen, but who wants to go buy a million spices just for a short vacation? A nice spice variety (the owner supplies only salt and pepper) and a bottle of olive oil would be much appreciated. Other than that, no complaints.
