### Charming countryside house with terrace and large outdoor area

Located in Bazeilles sur Othain, this charming cottage is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the countryside but also for visiting the north of Meusien, Belgium, Luxembourg... You will find restaurants and all the shops just 5km from the cottage at Montmedy. Beautiful charming house renovated with taste. On the ground floor you can enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious terrace overlooking the countryside, a living room, living room and bathroom with WC and a separate WC.  
  
Upstairs 4 beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with shower bath and wc. A beautiful spacious exterior awaits you with a petanque court, a ping-pong table and a pleasant relaxation area.  
This all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage cans), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
