This hotel is very dated. Rooms are so small that some rooms there is no room to walk around bed without stepping over corners that is against the wall. Mattress was sunken in places and need new mattress. When we were checking in another couple was at desk refusing to stay there after seeing their room. Go to newer hotel.

Roadworks outside starting at 8pm until around 5am were horrendous. Would have been nice to be forewarned. Or given the chance to change to different location. Sleeping was down to about 3 hrs a night.
The 2 en-suite rooms were fine. The third had the smallest bed, no mirror, only one bedside table. And a route march to bathroom with sink that had no plug. We put a mixing bowl in sink for husband to be able to shave.
None of these things are majorly bad just a few niggles.
It was nice and clean, with a pleasant view.

Great location ,bed was comfortable staff friendly , very quait in the building restaurants are great only thing no parking available on site and no elevator you have to walk up steps to your room.
