The kitchen was fully equiped but they have a coffee pod machine that the cups are too big to put under it. Not a problem as we took our own coffee pot. The staff are all wonderful. The position is perfect to restaurants but also a quite relaxing place.The beach is fantastic good safe beach for families with a beautiful rock pool.

This property was excellent from start to finish, exceeding our expectations. While advertised as a superior bedroom with a kitchenette, it is a full-sized, gorgeous apartment with a living room (sea view), dining/kitchen, bedroom and spacious bathroom. The host provided us with much-welcomed food in the kitchen and on the counter, after a long drive. This included yogurt, bakery bread, cereal, eggs, milk etc. The location on Phillip Island is beautiful and a very short walk to Rhyll Inlet with fantastic bird watching and views of the water. Information in the flat was helpful for finding sights around the beautiful island. We cannot recommend it more highly.
