I would not stay here again. For a downtown hotel, I expected much better. front desk attendants were rude from the moment we arrived, and customer service never improved. When the refrigerator stopped working and the toilet paper holder was broken, there was no urgency to fix either issue. Housekeeping was also disappointing. The floors were dirty enough that I had to keep the toilet paper on top of the toilet tissue because I didn't want it touching the floor. It's frustrating that the hotel has no problem charging daily incidentals but doesn't provide the level of service you would expect. The rooftop was another letdown. You have to pay extra to go up, the bartenders were rude, and the skyline view wasn't anything special. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Even a decent two star hotel would have been a better experience.
