The decor was nice, the kitchen had everything you needed. I particularly loved the floors! There are stairs to get to the door, stairs to get in the property and stairs to the bedrooms. It wasn't bad for us but just so you know. Communication was great, location was nice, safe and quiet. The neighbors were friendly. There is a parking space in front of the house. The kitchen amenities were plentiful. It was nice that there were disposable items so I didn't have to wash the dishes. The interior of the house and the bedding were all clean. There were enough amenities. We drove 20-30 minutes from here to the place where we took the Staten Island Ferry and then went into New York. For children I’d say this isn’t an ideal spot; my kids kept running up and down the stairs leading up to the bedrooms and my youngest ended up falling. Also, there was an odor to the place as soon as I walked in. It was an okay place.
