8/10 Very good! (89 reviews)
I like this hotel for the price and location, the ocean view was amazing, the room was spacious and beautiful, but the 3rd day the water went off. So, I was able to wash the dishes, take a bath or wash my clothes. You also have to request that housekeeping change your towels, I went chasing the ladies on all the floors just to get some clean towels before I realized that i could send an email directly to the office and make my request known.

Property is perfect, however the bathrooms are outside and the lights attract mosquitos, flies and big frogs.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (154 reviews)
"INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard ..."
