Just one block up from Rittenhouse Avenue—Bayfield’s quaint main street—you’re steps from shops, restaurants, the ferry, and more. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Each bedroom features a queen bed, making it perfect for couples, friends, or a small family getaway. With approximately 1,300 square feet, the open and airy floor plan includes a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a dedicated dining area, and a separate TV room for quiet relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the covered outdoor porch provides a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee and take in Lake Superior views. On-site laundry adds extra convenience for longer stays. The building was completely renovated in 2005, thoughtfully preserving its original charm while offering modern comforts. There are steps leading into the condo from both entrances, but once inside, the unit is all on one level.
