"My husband I enjoyed our stay in this extraordinary property. The space was large, the furnishings were something you would expect at an upscale home. The full kitchen was stocked better than any property I’ve ever visited. The host was a 10. She was so attentive and quick to respond to any questions we might have had or any request we made. One of the things we enjoyed was sitting in the hot tub in the late afternoon/early evening. It was so nice surrounded by the outside living space, the majestic oaks, the lights and the atmosphere that whispered relax. Mornings on the front swing drinking coffee and listening to the birds as the neighborhood woke up will be a memory I will relive as I run out the house with a cup of coffee and jump into my car for the drive to work. We watched our favorite NetFlix series at night snuggled together on the comfy sofa. I’m already planning my next visit.The host was so welcoming and kind. She even surprised me with a birthday dessert upon our arrival. I can’t wait to return. I loved how they incorporated the old school house theme through the house. It was exciting to stay in an historical site. I highly recommend this property - you won’t be disappointed!"

"What an amazing little cottage! We were there that weekend to celebrate my Aunts Wedding and Mardi Gras. Bay St. Louis has grown so much in the last 10 years, good and bad. It’s such a cute weekend-getaway town, with lots of adorable shops and amazing food. Sycamore House and Mockingbird Cafe will always be my go-to when visiting. This cottage is off the “main path” so you aren’t dealing with the main st. traffic, but still only blocks away from the fun! The cottage was much larger than I anticipated, full living room, kitchen and dining area. Lots of closet space as well as a great built in vanity area. Screened in porch was great and a must with gnats and mosquitos. This is a shared property. Owners lives in the front of the property, with the cottage in the behind. Parking is available, there is a wagon to help with unloading goods as the walkway is gravel. The Hosts were very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. They left some towels out for our golf cart one morning because of the morning dew on the seats. Very thoughtful. Thanks for such a great stay! It was fun to catch up after all these years and to see the family and friends that still live there "
