They were very gracious and very responsive to all my questions. The house was in a great location being so close to the ocean and it was very clean and easy to navigate with the touch of an iPad. Perfect house for my wife, 2 young kids and myself. Couldn’t keep the kids at of the pool the whole week. The online Owner’s manual provided for the house made everything very simple. Whitney and Anthony have thought of everything to make the stay the most comfortable and enjoyable experience for a vacation. The house is amazing with views of the ocean, an amazing pool that converts into a hot tub, every appliance you could need in the summer including an ice cream maker!, cozy beds and everything linked to a smart home system. They were available and open to communicate throughout the stay. So much so that I feel like we actually became friends! We honestly couldn't have asked for better hosts or a better house aka home because that is how they made it feel! This is the house for you if you are looking for a family retreat. We traveled with our family (teens) for the week. From booking the house to preparing for the trip, checking in and responding to questions, Anthony and Whitney were excellent hosts. The house has everything you could need and more! We enjoyed cooking many meals at the house and every appliance we could have asked for was provided. Going to the beach was a breeze as it is only steps away. All the beach necessities were included so our beach trips were relaxing and enjoyable. One of the major highlights was the pool. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool when we were finished with the beach. Overlooking the beach, it was lovely to float in the pool or even use the hot tub! Biking to dinner and shopping in Ocean Beach was a fun activity with our family and easy to do with the bikes provided. Anthony was amazing at communicating and accommodating all of our needs. The house is very nicely decorated, and has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool and toys in spite of the very rainy and cloudy weather. Having the bikes was a huge plus. All around a wonderful place to stay. There are plenty of towels \[though bring your own detergent\]. We had a bottle of prosecco waiting in the fridge \[also lovely\] when we showed up. The WiFi works fine. The disappointment was in the amenities: an old Hamilton Beach coffee maker with missing parts that leaked coffee, a plastic toaster that was splitting apart, a flimsy wine opener, no wine glasses other than plastic cups, no muffin tin or large pot to boil pasta, no nonstick frying pan, none of the blow-up pool toys I saw in photos. \[We left some behind\] The bicycles were really old and rusty and we couldn't find a pump to blow up the tires. I'm used to cleaning a BBQ grate before using it but the oven rack was so dirty that it set off the fire alarm when we went to preheat it. I found myself cleaning a caked-on salt and pepper grinder. We couldn't keep anything on the counter because of the ants ... Some of these things are random or the result of a previous guest's lack of consideration. I'm not allowed to list the price but let's just say that this was a splurge and we didn't even end up drinking their coffee. Why undermine a high-end experience by stocking low-end amenities? The couple seem so nice that I want to give them five stars. I really do. One shopping trip would address many of these issues. ##### Diane B. The beds are really comfortable! The house is very well situated for a great beach vacation. We could hear the soothing sound of waves even inside the house (or not, if we turned on the AC/fan), there's an ocean view as well as partial sunrise and sunset views - we felt immersed in nature.
