Good AC, water pressure, etc. It’s on the border with Seaview so it’s only a 10 minute walk to Ocean Beach but the address is technically OBP so you are free to bring food/drinks to the beach. It is such an ideal location. Right off the bayside and quiet. The upstairs is perfect to put the tweens or teens.
