"Outstanding property with a 5 star restaurant and lounge. The staff were incredible. Spent 9 nights there and it was sad leaving all our new friends. Frank, Lauren, Morgan, Naomi, Steven meenu were all fantastic. "

"C’est bizarre un Pays bilingue en que seulement se parle en anglais, ni Français, ni espagnol, ni Portugais, ni Italien, seulement parle en anglais. C’est ridicule que ont ne peut pas entrer pour le garage après 21.30h car c’est fermé les portes et les ascenseurs!…, si ont entre il faut payer une outre journée et il faut sortir pour la rampe d’accès de les autos!…"

"Nice room with a water view. Great central location close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Only drawback was parking not included but it was close. St. John and this hotel are definitely on the list for a return trip. "

"Room was clean. Staff pleasant, helpful and responsive to requests (e.g. promptly fixed a TV issue and provided extra towels). Plenty of room for parking and convenient. Breakfast adequate and appreciated access anytime to coffee and hot water. Good location, fairly close to shops and some restaurants and not far from downtown and highways."

"A very interesting and unique property. We had the executive two level suite. The suite is quite dated and soft furnishings need to be replaced. The kitchenette was not particularly useful as there was nothing in the cupboards. I expected some basic utensils, a kettle and dishware to get my grandaughter a little breakfast in the morning but none were to be had. The suite was tidy but really needed a deep cleaning and dusting in my view. The beds were comfortable and the linens were lovely. I would recommend but perhaps dial down your expectations."

"I only got chereos and the patatos since i don't like peppers and stuff in eggs would have prefered simple scrambled eggs and i didn't end up liking the patatoes with usually is my favorite part. I also don't eat breakfast sausage so i had no meat options. Maybe think to accomodate all people. A lot of people don't like peppers and onions in omelettes. If i liked those things tho they would have been very good was fresh"
