I always stay here when I visit my college student. It's a good price and it's convenient for me because there are two grocery stores right next to it and several restaurants. We walked about 30 seconds to the Pizza Hut next door and then just relaxed with a pizza movie night. The owners and cleaning lady are nice. It's nothing glamourous but it's just right for what I need.

My room was dirty the blankets were filthy and the check in process was terrible. I had to call the hotel in order to get someone to the front after ringing the bell more than once.

I have stayed here before. This time was not good. No phone or clock in rook. Room was not clean. The room smelled old and damp. Urine smell outside room. Front desk when checking in smelled awful. Animal smell of having dogs. I told management. They keep dogs in office.

I killed 3 roaches and a spider in the room on the 1st night. The smoke alarm battery died at 2am and the unit chirped throughout the night. The remote control for the television didn't work so the tv was stuck on one channel. The staff seemed friendly and promised to repair the sensor for the tv remote and change the smoke detector battery before the next guest checks in. I decided to cancel my second night and just go home a day early.

The property was OK. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. It was very dirty, the bed covers were stained, and the buttons on the A/C were gone (luckily we had some pliers). As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

This was an unexpexted stay, so last minute booking. I found the property to be very clean. I loved that the room had no carpet, and the floor was very clean.The price was affordable, and the area felt very safe. It was the eve of 4th of July, I truly expected it to be noisy. I was pleasantly surprised that by 10 pm all was quiet.I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay for a night. No frills at all but bed was pretty comfy and place was clean. Lots of restaurants and shopping located right around the property

Room was nice. It could have been cleaned better in the shower area, but good over all. Sink drain could not open enough for an adequate drain.

For a budget hotel this is was great. The staff was very nice and accommodating (even at midnight when we checked in) and the rooms have been renovated so everything is new. The bed and pillows were very, very comfortable and it had a hair dryer and ironing board and iron, which I always kind of wonder if they'll be available in a room or not. It's just a couple minutes down the road from the college, so it's very handy if that's your reason for staying in town.

Check in was fast and convenient. The room was not clean. The bedspread had stains all over it. The ceiling was stained and there were some bugs in the room.

Awful staff. Didn’t clean our rooms once. We were there for 3 days. Had to buy our own towels and toilet paper

Thank you for your review. After talking with my staff, nothing was ever mentioned to them or to housekeeping. If there was a DND hanging on the door, there would be no service to the room. If this is the case then that's why no service was given. Other wise this should have been brought to the front desk.
