"Very friendly people at the front desk. Very sweet woman who managed the breakfast buffet. She and the front desk gentleman made sure our coffee was hot. Our room was on the second floor, per request, so we could see ships in the Locks. This was our second stay there and I'd stay again. The room was clean. The TV wasn't working right when we first got there but they immediately fixed the issue."
