Waking up with a fantastic view and only a short drive to the local shops and beach. Check in was via phone call from the office. We didn’t need to see a soul. And felt we were the only ones there. It was beautiful, tranquil and relaxing. On walks around the grounds we ran into kangaroos, saw and heard birds in the trees and watched swans on the lake. The cottage was lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a log fire in the evenings due to chilly nights. And had everything we needed. It’s wonderful for a hideaway but easy driving distance to local shops at Bawley Point or Ulladulla and a day out in Batemans Bay. This Bush Retreat is far from services. Make sure you take in your provisions from the major centres as limited shops and no reception facilities. Had enjoyed every minute of of here. Home away from home but coastal lifestyle. 10/10 self contained for relaxation and beautiful bush spot. Everything is only mins away if you need a quick stop at the shops or a coffee too ect.. Amazing for our fur child "Juce". Customer service was 110% excellent.
