Discover the charm of this contemporary eco-home, combining three double bedrooms (1 x king/2x queen), two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry, modern interior design, stylish furnishings and eco-friendly features. The home offers a tranquil getaway connected to nature. Thoughtfully designed interior maximises space and light with large windows that frame views of greenery. A fully equipped kitchen and inviting dining areas set the stage for memorable gatherings. The open-plan living area on the ground floor effortlessly merges living, kitchen, and dining spaces, creating an ideal environment for relaxation and entertaining. Expansive windows flood the area with natural light, leading out to generous decks that showcase stunning views of the surrounding bushland. On cooler evenings, gather around the cosy wood fireplace, perfect for curling up with a good book or watching a movie. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer a serene retreat adorned with beautiful natural timber. The spacious main ensuite bedroom features its own private deck and a dedicated office/study area, providing a tranquil spot to unwind or work. This bedroom has plenty of room for an added hotel quality fold away bed, if need (extra charge applies). The king bed also splits into two king singles, with room enough for three (including the rollaway) to share. The property had several outdoor areas backing onto nearby bushland, including a backyard, outdoor firepit, and two wooden decked areas for outdoor seating which was great for having big celebratory meals around. The property was generously equipped with a wide selection of kitchen utensils, as well as beach equipment, toiletries, and outdoor supplies, (eg: BBQ, gas, firewood, insect repellent). The host was incredibly accommodating providing regular communication and clear check-in/check-out instructions and also allowed us to check-out later than the agreed time at no extra cost. The host also supplied an in depth compendium which included information about specific appliances and features of the house which was very helpful.The well-maintained house complemented the overall experience of the weekend away which was enjoyed by everyone in my group. I'll definitely be checking to see if this place is available the next time I visit Bawley Point. Thanks for having us! ##### Jasper R.
