"We arrived in the evening and everything was closed but there were clear instructions how to enter using the padlocks. Didn't see anyone while we stayed the night."

"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

"Our room was very clean and remodeled well. We were only staying one night so we booked the cheapest king bed room. This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. That made the room very hot and stuffy. Other rooms had balconies and I’m sure were very nice. Also, they didn’t have small towels for the shower. Breakfast was from 8-10. "Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Breakfast on the enclosed terrace with a lake view was excellent. The front staff were ever so helpful in booking me an e-bike. If you’d like to stay somewhere with old world charm, this is it. Also if you’re looking for something different to eat, try their Latin themed restaurant, Kasa, right next door. "Hotel was great, clean looked old but that was the vibe, big room, friendly staff nice breakfast too and quiet. Only issue was no fans available for the room so had to puck up my own but would go again even had parking too."
