La résidence est très bien placé, près du centre ville, de la mer et de nombreux lieux de visites et promenades. Le logement est très agréable, pratique et complet. La piscine à quelques mètres est un plus, sans pour autant y avoir des inconvénients. A noter que nous avons pu stocker 2 vélos dans le petit jardin, ce qui est très pratique, en plus de la place de parking. Nous conseillons la biscuiterie Saint-Guénolé à 5 minutes à pied pour ses biscuits, brioches et autres spécialités ainsi que la paella de Hola Paella Presqu'ile. ##### Jérôme G.
