Tombez sous le charme de ce superbe duplex T4 lumineux de 80m², au 1er étage d'une petite copropriété, situé en plein cœur de Batz s/mer, classé parmi l'un des plus beaux villages de France. Spacieux, cosy, et vue dégagée, vous trouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Tout à pied : à 10mn de la plage St Michel, 5mn des restaurants, de toutes les commodités et marché. La gare se trouve à 8 minutes à pied. Appartement duplex situé au 1er étage. Au premier niveau, vous accéderez à l’appartement par une belle entrée chaleureuse, décorée avec goût qui donne le ton. \- WC indépendant, \- Salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne avec lavabo double vasques. \- Grand séjour lumineux avec canapé et table à manger (6 places) ouvert sur un petit balcon. \- Cuisine moderne, aménagée et toute équipée ouverte sur le salon avec îlot central. \- Une 1ère chambre avec 2 lits simples Au 2ème niveau, par un escalier design et sur mesure (sans garde-corps, attention au plus petit !), accédez à un palier qui dessert 2 grandes chambres sous les toits avec poutres apparentes, assurant le charme de l'ancien et le confort d'une literie récente (lits doubles). Un autre WC indépendant. Pour compléter le logement, un coin buanderie se trouve à l'entrée de l'appartement. Vous pouvez stationner votre véhicule su un côté de rue gratuitement. Une partie de l'autre rue est en zone bleue, prévoir un disque !
